5 horror short films that prove that less is more
Oh, the 21st century and its lovely advance of technology. Filters to smooth our skin, apps to place our face onto someone else’s body, software to predict what our older self would look like. Special effects have sneaked into our lives, and they are trying to take most of the running time in the movies we watch to support the firm belief stating that would make them more credible.
However, those who already know me are aware of my love for the subtle and simple things in life and storytelling. Simple but powerful storylines, supported by original and effective narrative designs. So today I’d like to show you some horror short films that transform the idea of ‘less is more’ into reality (including a little surprise: The trilogy of horror, three pieces of film written by me and shot during the last lockdown thanks to the team of Menos es Mas Producciones). Sweet dreams!
Peter Pan, by Imanol Ortiz
